This is an easy nacho dip that everyone will love.
Soften Cream Cheese to room temperature.
Using electric beater, mix together cream cheese and miracle whip until smooth.
Spead mixture evenly in serving dish.
Spread a layer of salsa over cream cheese mixture.
Layer on shredded cheese.
Top with chopped green pepper.
Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour to "set".
Enjoy with Nacho Chips.
Tips
- Recipe can be doubled or halved depending on your needs.
- "Light" cream cheese and miracle whip can be substituted.
- Prepackaged shredded cheese makes things easier.
- Cheese should be either cheddar or a mixture of cheddar, monetray jack, marble (you can purchase shreaded nacho cheese).
- Nacho chips need to be sturdy ones. The Tostitos restaurant style break too easily.
