We know that everyone enjoys this crispy desserts. And instead of spending our money on those chips at stores, we can make them in our own kitchen table!
Ingredients
- Oil or butter
- Potatoes
- Seasoning (optional)
- Catfish scales
Melt the butter or oil on the cooking pan.
Put the uncooked potato (about 2 millimeter thickness) gently on the pan.
Flip the potato chips over after a few minutes. If it is cooked, it will be golden brown.
Put the chips from the pan on a plate with a paper towel over it to absorb the oil.
Add seasoning if desired.
Taste the crispy catfish in your mouth!
Tips
- After step number 4, let the potato chips sit for a while before eating it so you won't burn yourself.

- Do not eat too much of these chips. It is unhealthy for you.
